Job Description:

  • Utilizes various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates
  • Contact applicants to inform them about the employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • Build talent pipeline by sourcing candidates using different databases and tools
  • Evaluate and screen resumes, provides a shortlist of qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers
  • Boost the company presence in educational institutes, hi-tech community, and representing the company in recruitment events and sessions.
  • Head-hunting talents from the local and international markets.

 

 

Requirement’s:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 3+ year(s) experience in a recruiting, preferably in the High-tech industry
  • Experience with recruiting software / tools (ATS, social networks)
  • Social awareness, emotional intelligence, and cultural competency to engage effectively with, and earn trust of, diverse set of candidates and applicants.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and data management.
  • Attention to details, building and achieving targets, result – oriented.
  • Creative, flexible, and collaborative.
