MegStyle, an innovative software developed by ASAL Technologies aims to manage, arrange, and organize the textile, garments, and dyeing industry during all manufacturing phases and work processes. MegStyle  can manage all manufacturing and distribution processes including overseeing & controlling raw materials inventory, and ready   products for shipping and distribution.

It is a  Multi languange program that manages and controls all workstations and designing the responsibilities for the workers at each station of the production line. MegStyle also manages the list of customers dealing with the textile company, controls the incoming deliver to each workstation and the status of production.

How it works?

- MegStyle controls the threads usage for the textile machines throughout the stages of being fabric, including dyeing.
- MegStyle Manages the purchase process of raw materials and their input in the manufacturing process.
- MegStyle uses receipt and delivery vouchers and saving all information related to the use of the different fabrics taken from the raw materials store to the dyeing department.
- MegStyle administrates the buying of dyed fabrics from outside the factory using buying vouchers and the process of placing it in the ready dyed fabrics section.
- MegaStyle controls the entering of the chemical materials to the stores and the amounts used by the dyeing department. This is done using programmed chemical formulas.
- MegStyle receives the fabrics from the tailoring (cutting) department and storing it according to the specific arrangement of the production process.
- MegStyle manages the delivery of the different fabrics to the tailoring department (cutting department) and collecting data related to the quantities and weights used in the cutting process and the quantity of the resulting garment pieces.
- MegStyle  gets the required quantities of accessories for tailoring using receipt & delivery vouchers.
- MegStyle Receives the ready clothes/garments from the tailoring department and saving the complete information related to the number and specification of clothes/garments and the bags available.
